Ali MacGraw
Elizabeth Alice MacGraw better known as Ali MacGraw is an award-winning American actress, model, writer and activist for animal rights. The actress is famous for movies like Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) as well as The Getaway (1972). Born and raised in a family of artists located in New York she wished to be a part of the arts. She began as a photo assistant, before progressing to acting and modeling. She was awarded the Golden Globe Award in 1990 because she was a promising actor. MacGraw's 1970 film Love Story proved a major hit and fetched her worldwide notoriety, as well as an Academy Award' nomination and an Academy Award nomination and a Golden Globe award. After only three movies, she was voted the Top female box-office debut around the globe. Her handprints and signatures were recorded at Grauman's Chinese Theater. She has starred in several other movies, including The Getaway Convoy Players and the miniseries on TV The Winds of War among other. Her autobiography Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw was married three times.
